Installing and Deleting Applications and URLs in the Meld Console

Introduction:

This document will guide you through on how to upload a Web URL Application and delete applications in AgentM.

Adding Applications:

• URLS are provided by customers.
• Customers also have access to add custom prepacked applications to AgentM from their end.

Step1. 

Login to the AgentM Console - https://admin.meld.cx/.

Step 2. 

Click on the hamburger icon located on the top left panel of the console. 

Step 3. 

Click on the Application options.

Step 4. 

Click on the option Create App. 

Step 5. 

Select the Web URL option. 

Step 6. 

Fill out the Application Name and upload an Application Icon. Then click Continue. 

Step 7. 

Fill out the the next options: 

Version - If this is the first time creating the Web URL you can put in V1. If not and if it’s an update to the older version go for V2. 

Channel - You can select the type of environment the Web URL would be running if it’s running on Development, Beta or it’s the Stable version. 

Status - Please select Published to get the Web URL running directly, only select the pending option if there are still changes needed to be done. 

URL - Input the Web URL in this area. 

Once done please hit the finish button. 

Step 8. 

Upload the new application on the Device page. Click the hamburger icon again and click the Devices option. 

Step 9. 

Once done, click on the APPS tab and hit the “Install New Apllicaiton” option. Look for the Web URL application you’ve created and select that. And then hit the save button. 

Step 10. 

After that go into the DISPLAYS Tab and Choose the Web URL under the Display Schedule. Once done, hit the save button. 

Deleting Applications:

• Applications need to be deleted first in order  to deprovision devices or when a certain application/URL is unneeded. 

Step 1.

Login to the AgentM Console - https://admin.meld.cx/.

Step 2.

Click on the hamburger icon located on the top left panel of the console. 

Step 3. 

Upload the new application on the Device page. Click the hamburger icon again and click the Devices option. 

Step 4.
Choose the device where you want to delete the app. On the device overview page, click on the Apps tab.

Step 5.

Click on the trash can icon right next to the app to delete it.
