meldCX has a number of integrations with 3rd party service providers. These integrations enable the delivery of notifications originating from the meldCX Notifications feature.
This is a quick guide on how to enable our integrated services, if you have them available.
- First, login to admin.meld.cx, and navigate to the 'Integrations' tab
- Select 'Add New Integration'
- Next, review the information needed for the relevant software tool. meldCX requires certain information, including API keys and subdomain information for some tools
- Once you have collated the information required, select your software tool and enter the required information
- Lastly, run a test notification to check connectivity to the software tool
- Done!
