Guest mode

Guest Mode is a separate and temporary account on Chrome OS that allows you to use the device in user mode, without logging in and setting up a user account. This is ideal for devices that are in a kiosk mode where they would not usually be in user mode.

You should not need to enter this mode unless otherwise directed by us.

How do I use it?

1. Plug a keyboard into the device
2. Reboot the device, and when agentM starts launching, press CTRL + ALT + S when prompted to cancel launching into kiosk mode.
3. You should now be at a screen which says "Sign in to your Chromebase". On the bottom left, you should see a button that says "Browse as Guest", located next to the "Apps" button.

If this button is not visible (And you are using our hosted CDM), please raise a support ticket via [e-mail] and we can temporarily enable this.
