CDM Settings Error

We recommend you use the meldCX managed CDM service, however meldCX can support customers who have their own Google CDM account.

Self-managed CDM accounts are required to have particular configuration settings.

Unsupported App ID

If you are seeing unsupported app ID errors, follow these instructions under the heading “The agentM Kiosk App…”.

Auto Update Settings

If you are seeing auto update errors, you need to configure the device policy to stop automatic Chrome OS updates. See “Configure your CDM OU Policy to run meldCX” in step 7 of these instructions.
