agentM syncs device-level configuration with the meldCX cloud, so you can manage the device from the Dashboard. To perform this sync, the device must be able to connect to the meldCX API server and not be blocked by any network blacklists (and must be on any network whitelists) operating on the network connection the device is using.
If you are seeing errors about connecting to meldCX IP addresses, the error message will display the IP addresses which need to be accessible but the device cannot connect to.
For agentM on windows, the application will fail to launch unless it can establish an SSL connection with our dashboard, so please we aware of this if you have the device on a network that is using an SSL proxy.
