Feature and product requests

This article explains the process around submitting feature requests for our products.

What information do we need?

• A detailed description
• Screenshots or relevant mockups (Doesn't need to be anything fancy)
• Why you would like this added

 

How do I do it?

Once all the appropriate information is gathered, please send an email to [e-mail] with the following format:

Subject: A brief one liner of the request

Body: All other information (Including the detailed description)

If we need any further information, we will reach out to you via email.

What happens next?

Your request will be reviewed by the product management team, and if accepted will be scheduled in for work to be completed. We will stay in touch with you during this process and keep you updated.
