This article covers how to use chrome's inbuilt network diagnosis tool for testing network connections.
Step 1: Boot up the affected device with a keyboard plugged in
Step 2: When it beings launching AgentM, please press 'CTRL + ALT + N'
Step 3: Please select 'Diagnose'
Step 4: Please select 'Run Diagnostics'
Step 5: Please take a photo of the results to report any abnormalities to your network manager. In the event that the results do pass and you are still facing network issues, the meldCX team have an application that can be made available that drills down further into network diagnostics.
