Installation Instructions

First Time Sign-in

Setting up meldCX Cloud Console account
If you're a new customer, please refer to your meldCX Account Manager to create a
new meldCX Cloud Console account.
If you already have a meldCX Cloud Console account, you can skip this step. Go to the
next page to see instruction on how to set up your device.

Setting Up Your Device

1.Turn on your meldCX 21.5” Touch Android
On the device, press and hold the power button. A Welcome message will appear
when the device first boots up.

2. Log in to your meldCX account
Using a computer, open Google Chrome web browser, go to https://start.meld.cx/ and
log in using your meldCX Cloud Console credentials.

3. Pair computer with your meldCX 21.5” Touch Android
Select a device to set up by clicking Pick Device.

Enable Bluetooth on your computer. Once activated, the list of available Device IDs
will appear. Pick the Device ID that matches what is on your meldCX 21.5" Touch
Android screen.

Once paired, there should be a Securely connected! message on your computer and
a Successfully and securely paired message on your meldCX 21.5" Touch Android.

4. Connect your meldCX 21.5” Touch Android to an internet network

Select a network from the Connect to network list to connect to the Internet. If
network access is protected, you will need an access password to connect to it.

Once connected to the internet, your computer will show a Device now connected to <Network> message.

Your meldCX 21.5" Touch Android screen will also show a Successfully connected message.

5. Enroll your meldCX 21.5” Touch Android to a meldCX account

Select the meldCX account that your meldCX 21.5" Touch Android will be enrolled in,
then click Continue.

6. Optional: Install application / content

You have the option to install application / content on your device. You can also do
so later by accessing the meldCX Cloud Console (http://admin.meld.cx/) on your
computer.

7. Device setup is complete!
